How it works
Our Process
Five simple steps. From your first note to the day you walk out the door.
Tell us where you want to go
Inquiry
Start with the basics: destination, rough timing, who's traveling, and what you're hoping for. You don't need to have it all figured out — that's what we're here for. Fill out the inquiry here or send us a note directly at hallie@summerandbeyondtravel.com.
We get to know you
Intake call + traveler profile
Before we plan anything, we want to understand how you actually travel. We'll get on a call to talk through the specifics — the trip, the vibe, what's worked before and what hasn't — and walk you through our services to figure out the right fit. From there, we'll send over a short traveler profile form to have your preferences on file, in your own words. The more we know, the more personal we can make it.
We design the trip
Proposal, review & finalization
We put together a full itinerary proposal: hotels, flow, pacing, restaurants, activities, and anything else that makes the trip feel considered. We share it with you, talk through it together, and refine until it's exactly right. Nothing gets locked in until you love it.
If you opted for our Hotel Lookbook, this is when it lands in your inbox: a carefully curated shortlist with our honest read on each property, so you can choose with confidence. We handle everything
Booking
Once the plan is finalized, we take it from there. Hotels, transfers, reservations, guides — we book it all and make sure each property knows exactly who's arriving and what matters to them. Where our preferred partner relationships apply, you arrive as a known and valued guest, not just a reservation.
You leave ready
Pre-departure support
Before you go, we send over your full confirmation documents and a beautifully designed travel itinerary — built to live on your phone so it's your travel bible on the go: every hotel, restaurant, transfer, and detail, exactly where you need it. We'll have any last-minute questions sorted, and we're reachable if anything comes up. You walk out the door with nothing to think about but the trip ahead.
